The firm is led by Richard Cochran, a technology executive who has served as CIO, CTO, and CISO across private equity-backed, regulated, and technology-intensive businesses. His career spans enterprise software, healthcare, insurance, aerospace, aviation, and defense, with a consistent focus on scaling organizations, modernizing platforms, reducing risk, and leading through periods of significant change.
